I had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Rome. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Termini Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The area was clean and filled with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff, particularly a kind and efficient lady, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a table where I could enjoy the delicious breakfast that was delivered to my room. The guest house also provided good WiFi and an elevator, which was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, value, and excellent facilities.

Centrally located for all transportation and culinary needs. Felt safe in this neighborhood and area. Staff warm, friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and neat with gratis local aperitifs and snacks in lobby area. Near local market and pharmacy as well as nice family restaurant that opens at 12:15 PM and remains open til late evening.
Would have appreciated if staff had broader knowledge of local restaurants.

We liked very much that the accomodation was very near to everything we wanted to visit. The room was very clean and quiet. Cornelio and his daughter were great and helpfull. We also liked that we had breakfast in our room and fresh water every day.

Claudia, the host, was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance of the events we attended. The warm breakfast brought to our room every morning was a lovely touch, especially during the winter season. The room was clean, cozy, and had good hot water. The daily room cleaning service was included, and the presence of an elevator made it convenient. The location also allowed us to easily explore popular tourist spots like the Colosseum and Piazza Spagna on foot.
Felt like being home, no complaints.

We had such a good stay. The owner made us welcome offering us a drink on arrival. The beds were comfortable and it was very handy to all tourist spots, underground and train and bus terminals. We got stuck in Rome for an extra week and they couldn't have done more for us. When we go back to Rome we will certainly be going back to the Delia. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Very easy to get from the train station.
It's not a hotel, as it is advertised, but a b&B. They do not offer ammenities, breakfast is very limited and served in the room. The location is not the best, if you consider the sights of Rome. Walks are a little too long to any place. The greatest advantage is the proximity to Termini - really 5 min walking. Our room had a very noisy refrigerator, we had to turn it off at night. The pillow was extremely hard, but we asked for a softer one and they had it but, they did not have a blanket to use at night, so we could not turn on the air conditioner or it would get too cold. In a nut shell, the price was too high for the service.

I had a great experience at this guest house. the hosts, Claudia and Biagio, were incredibly responsive and kind. the room and bathroom were nicely sized and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast options were delicious and there were plenty to choose from. the overall cleanliness and security of the property were impressive. This guest house is definitely a great value for the money, especially considering its location near the train station and Piazza Barberini. I highly recommend it for a nice and affordable stay. Cons: All good 👍🏻.

.The hotel is very nice, very clean, close to city center (15-20 minutes' walk to the coliseum). The room is big, there was hot water all the time, the air conditioner is a life saver in this time of year. Because the hotel is on the 4th floor in the internal side of the house, it was very quiet. Very recommended B&B. The breakfast was OK according to Italian standards.

Very helpful staff, good location, big room
It is not a classic hotel. Accomodation Delia is located in the last floor of living building. Front desk work only in the mornings. Breakfast could be better.

* helpful staff; * free wi-fi; * acceptable price for Rome; * good location
* noise from street * noise from other rooms * poor breakfast * it's hard to find the hotel (the hotel is 3 rooms on the fourth floor of an ordinary dwelling house; there is no pointers indicating hotel placement on the building fascade)

very nice staff and good location, especially the environment is very quiet
The temperature of air condition can not be changed, but it's very cold in the room!!! The price is almost as same as the other 3 star hotels around, but the breakfast is too poor
